Salon Policies

Salon Fusion is committed to providing our clients with an enjoyable service in a relaxing atmosphere. The following Salon Policies are intended for the safety, and well-being of all our clients while enhancing everyone’s visit. Please read carefully before booking your appointment.

Appointments, Late, No Show, Cancellation & Changes:
​Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running a few minutes late you must CALL to notify the salon for pre-approval to make sure you can still be seen. We do not guarantee late appointments and yours will be cancelled if not approved. If late more than 2 times in one calendar year a client will only be able to call the same day for a service. An appointment option will no longer be allowed. If client continues to be late the client will no longer be allowed to return.

If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we require a minimum 48-hour notice for any service change and/or cancellation. A cancellation fee will be charged for less than a 24 hour cancellation notice equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No Shows / No Calls will be charged 100% of service amount. If an existing client no-shows more than 2 times they will no longer be able to make appointments at the salon and cannot return. If a new client no-shows their first appointment they cannot return and will be charged 100% of the service.​ ​Salon Fusion asks that you pre-book your next appointment to guarantee your desired time/date.

Age Requirement:
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services. If under 18 they must be accompanied with an adult at the consultation.

Alcohol:
No alcohol is allowed on the premises as we do not have a liquor license.

Animals:
Animals are not permitted in the salon except service animals.

Child Safety:
Children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service. For safety and insurance purposes, no child/infant may accompany you while you are having a service unless you bring proper supervision for them in the form of an additional adult caretaker. They are only permitted in the waiting area. No exceptions.

Health & Safety:
Salon Fusion follows the OSCBB state laws that anyone who has open sores; symptoms of an infectious disease, parasite infectious, contagious skin disorders, covid, cold and flu etc. cannot be serviced. Salon Fusion will not service any clients without a written doctor’s notice of a contagious free status. Ex. but not limited to are lice, ringworm, open sores etc...

Salon Fusion ask that you follow the CDC guidelines regarding covid. Mask are optional at this time. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed recently to covid. We recommend notifying us of any allergies, medications or medical conditions prior to your service as this may directly impact the results. Ex. medication can effect chemical services. ​

Payments:
Cash, Check or Charge accepted. A $47.00 fee for any returned check. (Driver's license required for checks.) We do not accept third party or post dated checks. All sales are final and payments are due at the time of services rendered. This policy is firm.

Prices:
Please note that prices/services are subject to change at any time. Consults are provided prior to services. Prices can be found on our service page.

Privacy:
Client and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists. You may opt out of our mailing list at any time.

Refunds and Returns:
All service and retail product sales are final online and in salon. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your hair service the client must notify the salon within 5 days from the date of service. Every effort will be made to rectify it free of charge with prior management approval. Some restrictions apply.

No Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the salon.​

Others:
We are not responsible for loss, damage or stolen personal property. We advise clients not to wear or bring any valuables with you. Ex. your favorite shirt, purse etc.

How often should I get my hair cut?
Typically every 4-6 weeks to keep your hair looking healthy.

How often should I receive color?
Retouches every 4-6 weeks. Balayage, Highlights etc... typically every 2-3 months.

What products do you use?
Pravana, Lanza, Verb, Redken, Pulp Riot, Color Express, Fanola and K18.

How do I know what style or color to pick?
We will begin a consultation and ask you several questions on your desired result. We suggest glancing at our Pinterest page for inspirations. That way you can show your stylist the photo of your desired look.
